Customized Processing

TJPDSP is able to process pipes according to customers , special needs as the following:

Cutting- cutting into fixed length or range length as per customer's request.

Beveling- beveling to a certain degree according to international standards or as per customers , request.

Grinding- inside grinding and outside grinding for a smooth surface.

Coating- varnishing and black coating in form of online coating or manual coating. Special coating such as FBE or 3PE can also be available.

Marking- standard marking from mill or as per relative specification. Marking can also meet your special needs.

Packing- bundling pipes from OD 219mm and below with steel belts. The unit weight per bundle shall be 2.5ton max. Also the bundling or packing can be customized.

Heat treatment- normalizing, tempering and quenching can be carried out with our heat treatment facilities as per customers,request.
